(comment) A unified cheering scroll by the staffs of Prince of the Sun, from Toei Animation Working Union Doga Division, sent to Toei Actors Working Union (Chairman Nakamura Kinnisuke) on May 15th, 1966, when the actors were having a conflict with the company in 1965 demanding for improvement of labor conditions. With hand-drawn drawings by Okuyama Reiko, Tsunoda Koichi, Abe Takashi, Kotabe Yoichi, Kurahashi Tatsuji, Nakatani Kyoko, Hayashi Seiichi, Sekiai Noboru, Kurosawa Takao, Miyazaki Hayao, and many other animators. We should express more on the name "Miyazaki Hayao", but with the trace witness of the presence of "Hayashi Seiichi", who conquered the world of magazine with "Garo" (according to resource), it tells the high density of energy of time-space sealed in this scroll. By the way, the unsigned drawing of 2 foxes was by "Mori Yasuji", and the monkey which its head is being hold down with geta was by "Otsuka Yasuo". The labor conflict at that time is famous, but the reality and heritage of the people who built the foundation of Japanese postwar animation is here.
