(item number) 1510 (title) Fireman Tricycle (maker) Popy (the date of issue) 1970s (size) 120 mm (Country) Japan (Material) Tinplate / Sofubi / Polyethylene (detailed) Box 5 (damaged) main item 8 (starting bid price) 150,000 yen
(comment) This series is characterized by its deformed soft bean mold. Popy diverted the mold of the tricycle and released "Balom 1," "Jumborg A," "Transformation Ninja Arashi" (280 yen each) in the first half of 1973, and "Mazinger Z" and "Kamen Rider V3" (300 yen each) in the second half. All of them were developed at the right timing to coincide with the peak of character popularity, and were sold as "low-priced character toys" that were easy for children to pick up. Among them, Fireman has a low rate of appearance in the market, and some people may be seeing it for the first time. The item on display this year is damaged, but comes with a precious box (Hiroshi Suzuki)
