Nobita is laughing while pointing at a graffiti-style Doraemon, and unintentionally, this links up with the theme of the movie "Nobita's Art World Tales" 45 years later, creating a rather charming visual. In fact, the new Doraemon version of "If the Robot Praises You" seems to have been aware of this, as it was broadcast on terrestrial TV to coincide with the theatrical release of "Nobita's Art World Tales"
