The Silver Light Mask, dressed in a white mask and scarf, punishes villains. The bright red star mark on the mask is striking. Riding a motorcycle with dual pistols. Though no one knows who the author is, this work clearly shows a strong influence from the Phantom of the Certain Moonlight. It was published in 1958 (Showa 33) by Togetsu Shobo. From the same era, there are two versions of "Gekkou" comic adaptations and compiled volumes: the full 7-volume Kuwata Jiro version serialized in Kodansha's Shonen Club, and the full 7-volume Inoue Kyuji / Murayama Kazuo version, which was newly drawn and published by Suzuki Publishing. This "Ginkou" seems to be particularly influenced by the Kuwata version in terms of the artwork, and while it may indeed be somewhat unorthodox, it is equally engaging without any shortcuts. In terms of content, it holds its own compared to those two orthodox works and showcases Sakihana's high level of skill. It embodies the greedy spirit and vitality of the rental book manga world, where anything goes to meet public demand, and it delivers solid content that meets the expectations of its readers. This time, we introduce two volumes, numbers 58 and 60, of Uszuki Shobo's "Interesting Long Manga," but actually, at the end of the second volume, there is a preview for the third volume entitled "Ajiputo Kingdom." However, as things stand, the existence of the third volume has not been confirmed, and it seems likely that for some reason-possibly due to criticism from orthodox circles-it has not actually been published (Kubo).
