(comment) He debuted in 1971 as a voice actor for the FBI Special Investigations Unit (FBI , the America Federal Police). His career spanned 55 years, during which he changed his stage name twice, resulting in three different names. He debuted under his real name, "Wakamoto Norio." From the mid-70s to the late 1980s, he used "Wakamoto Noriaki," and then "Norio Wakamoto." His first leading role was in "Sokihei MD Geist," released on May 21, 1986. This Monthly OUT piece is one of the letters written by Wakamoto Noriaki for a gift in the final installment of the Voice Actor Magical Communication series, published in the September 1986 Edition of Monthly OUT (Hirashima).
