(comment) This commemorative Telephone Card (Teleca) was sold at Pok mon Centers in 1999 to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the Pok mon series . The folded backing cardboard holder features the Kanto starter Pok mon, who have remained is not working popular from that time to the present day.
