(comment) DUNK is an orthodox A5-sized idol magazine representing the 1980s, and gained popularity for its swimsuit gravure coverage of A-class idols. Looking at the changes in the covers, from 1984 to 1985, the focus was on single idols such as Kyoko Koizumi, Akina Nakamori, Chiemi Hori, and Miho Nakayama, but Sonoko Kawai of Nyanko Club appeared in the December 1985 issue. In 1987, all Onyanko members appeared on the cover, and in 1988, in addition to Onyanko members, Miki Ito, Yui Asaka, Noriko Sakai, and Risa Honda appeared. Nyanko covers ended with Minayo Watanabe in the May 1989 issue, and by 1990 CoCo and Ribbon began to occupy half of the covers. The final issue ends with the same Kyoko Koizumi as the first issue, and you can read the changes of the idol in the 80s from the cover of DUNK (Okuyama)
